When you place an order through our service:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods or entering into a service contract, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at 0118 324 1302 during business hours. You must return any goods in original condition within 14 days of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.
